Q. What time is check-in/check-out?
A. Our standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am.
Q. Can I request a late check-out?
A. Late check-out is based upon availability and is subject to additional charges.
Each hour up until 2pm incurs a 1,000 yen charge per hour. After 2pm the fee becomes a full night charge.
Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or for the day once I've checked out of the hotel?
A. Yes, we will be glad to store your bags for you. Can I forward my luggage to the Hotel? Please send the luggage to the following address.

A. Parking fee applies for all cars: 1200 yen per night from 2pm to 11am on the day of check-out.

Q. What is the height clearance of the parking garage?
A. The hight clearance is 2.1 meters. We also have outdoor parking lots for larger cars. Please call Front Desk for more information +81-263-37-5000
Q. Do you have parking spaces for motorcycles?
A. Guests driving motorcycles can park at the nearby parking garage, which offers 24-hour secure covered parking. Fees: 1200 yen per night with NO in/out privilege.
Q. Do you have high speed Internet access in the guest rooms?
A. Yes, we offer complimentary hi-speed internet access in all of our guest rooms. Wi-fi is also available.
Q. Do I need to bring my network cable to use Internet?
A. No. All the guest rooms are equipped with a network cables at the working desk. Just plug in the network cable into your computer and internet connection will be ready for use.
Q. Do you have Japanese style rooms?
A. No, we don't have Japanese style rooms.
Q. Do you have a large public bath/hot spring(onsen) and meeting rooms?
A. No, unfortunately the hotel does not have a large public bath and meeting rooms.
Q. Do you have pajamas and towels in the guestrooms?
A. Yes, we have pajamas and towels in all guest rooms.
Q. What are your dining arrangements?
A. We do not have a formal restaurant, the Ohashi cafe Gusto on the first floor opens 24 hours 7days a week and serves breakfast from 5am to 11am. Gusto offers a vitality continental breakfast, hearty Japanese breakfast, and many more items. Breakfast tickets are available at the front desk for 800yen per person. (This price is the same at the restaurant.) *Please purchase a breakfast ticket at the front desk if you would like to charge it to your room.
Q. Do you offer room service?
A. We do not offer room service, however, delivery service to your room is provided by Ohashi Café Gusto on the 1st floor.
Q. Do children stay free at Richmond Hotel Matsumoto?
A. Children 12 and under stay free with an adult in existing bedding (up to one child per adult.) *Single Use Rate does not apply when staying with your children.
Q. Will your rooms allow cribs? Is there a charge?
A. All of our guest rooms will accommodate cribs and there is no charge for these. *Available on a first booked, first served basis. If you wish to have a crib ready in your room, please let us know in advance upon reservation.
